The DX Power Ball is a heavily weighted juggling ball for improving strength and endurance. Weighted balls are useful when training for higher numbers, for exercise while running and juggling (joggling), or just for having fun. Pow3r balls are made in three different sizes, corresponding to the three weights offered. Each nicely finished ball is filled through a small hole, and a plug is glued permanently in place. Choose all the same color or mix and match, but stretch and warm up first! Do not attempt to juggle your maximum number of juggling balls with weighted balls. Use at least one number fewer so that you will safely control the balls.

The original weighted juggling ball, dubé Exerballs are filled with combinations of steel, plastic and lead shot to create three different weights. Besides strengthening juggling muscles, weighted balls are good for different types of exercise, including joggling (running while juggling).
