Serious Juggling > Stage Juggling Balls | |
| Stage balls are perfect spheres of hollow plastic with a lighter than average weight for their size. They have an elegant appearance for performing, but you don't have to be a performer to enjoy juggling them. Practicing with a rigid ball at least once in a while encourages good throwing technique and consistency. Since stage balls roll when dropped they are best for an intermediate to advanced juggler.

| Beard stage balls have a good grip and come in a wide variety of colors. The small Beard size is smaller than other brands, for small hands or numbers juggling, while the larger size is a little more substantial for perfecting your throws or performing. Dube Stage balls are large, glossy juggling balls that capture the eye immediately. Now in a more flexible vinyl than the previous version, the medium dube Stage ball was the original hollow ball made for juggling. The large size is excellent for contact juggling, while the small size is easier for larger numbers or smaller hands. All of these diameters are larger than a tennis ball, and are a fun change from ordinary sized balls and beanbags.

The dube Contact Stage Ball is 67% heavier than a regular dube Stage ball, making contact juggling easier. Increased inertia slows changes of direction and stabilizes the ball, especially for arm and body rolls. Contact Stage balls are hollow, with a rigid surface, glossy color.
